"Excellent service from the start! I called and spoke with Dirk about a problem one of our tenants was having with the heat not working. It was a Friday night, and Dirk knew it was going to be a cold weekend, so he went right away to service the unit. He inspected the unit, called, and told me exactly why they were having issues with the unit. I was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge, experience, and honesty.
